Return Process

  Log into your account and submit a return request through the 'Order History' panel to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original ESD-safe bags and use a sturdy outer box with sufficient padding to prevent damage to pins and delicate circuitry during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the modules for functionality and lead integrity before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
